How to Connect to an Avorion Server
Join your Avorion server, invite friends, and check common connection problems.
Open Dashboard → Servers, choose Manage on your server, and find Connection. Copy Address, including the colon and number at the end.
Connect
- Start Avorion and open Multiplayer.
- Choose Join via IP.
- Enter the full Address from Jovian, including its port, and join.
- Enter the server password if requested.
Invite friends
Share the full address and player password, if used. Ask the owner which mods players need before joining.
If you cannot join
Check the game version and required mods. A password used to administer the server is not a player’s join password.
Still stuck? Check the server’s status in Jovian, allow startup time, then contact Support with its ID and the error message.
