Core Keeper World Name and Game ID
Understand the world name and optional game ID used by your Jovian Core Keeper server.
Core Keeper uses a World Name for the server and a Game ID that players use when connecting.
World name
Choose a world name between 3 and 100 characters. This is the name Jovian passes to Core Keeper when starting the server.
Game ID
You normally do not need to invent a Game ID. If the Game ID is empty, Core Keeper generates a new valid ID when the server starts.
The server template also allows an existing valid Game ID to be supplied when you specifically need to preserve one. A custom Game ID must be at least 28 characters and follow Core Keeper's ID rules.
What should I enter?
For a new Jovian server, choose the world name you want and allow Core Keeper to generate the Game ID unless Jovian explicitly asks you to supply an existing one.
