How to Connect to a Satisfactory Server
Join your Satisfactory server, invite friends, and check common connection problems.
Open Dashboard → Servers, choose Manage on your server, and find Connection. Use IPv4 for the game’s IP/address box. For its port box, use the number after : in Address.
Connect
- Start Satisfactory and open Server Manager.
- Select Add Server and enter the IPv4 and port from Jovian.
- Confirm, select the server, and choose Join Game.
- Enter the player password if requested.
Invite friends
Share the IPv4, port, and player password. The admin password grants control of the server and should stay with its owner.
If you cannot join
If Server Manager asks to claim a new server or create its first session, the owner must complete that setup before inviting players. Check that client and server use compatible releases. Contact Support if the server remains unavailable.
Still stuck? Check the server’s status in Jovian, allow startup time, then contact Support with its ID and the error message.
