Getting Started with Counter-Strike 2
What to expect after you order a Counter-Strike 2 server on Jovian.
Jovian provisions an isolated VPS and installs Counter-Strike 2 for you. When provisioning completes, your server appears under Dashboard → Servers.
Before you order
Some CS2 setups require a Steam Game Server Login Token (GSLT). If checkout asks for one, follow How to Get a Steam Game Server Login Token and paste the token into Game Setup.
After provisioning
- Open your server in the dashboard.
- Note the public IP and game port.
- Connect from CS2 using that address (see Connecting to Your Jovian Server).
Managing the server
Use the dashboard for power controls and plan changes. Game-specific console or config changes depend on the panel tools Jovian exposes for that server — do not invent steps that are not shown in your UI.
